Landlord Certificate CP12 £70.00

According to the gas safe regulations it is the duty of the landlord to ensure gas appliances, flues and gas pipework installations are checked for safety in every 12 months period.

Landlord gas safety check includes all the safety inspections of the gas appliances, pipework and gas meter according to the gas safe regulations and use.

Boiler Service £80.00

To keep the boiler in good working condition and keep effeciency of the boiler, it needs to be maintained and serviced annually.

A boiler service includes all the inspections according to the manufacturer instructions plus cleaning the central heating magnetic filter, visual inspection of the radiators, bleeding the radiators and pressurizing the central heating system.
